Every booking for Readings, Energy Work, Courses, Masterclasses, and 1:1 Coaching + Mentorship is NON-REFUNDABLE. All products are a service-based. After investing my time, energy, and gifts to fulfill each offering, these sales are all FINAL.

I hand-make every piece with Love and inspect it before it ships out therefore, ALL Sales Are Final with the exception of any merchandise damaged during shipping. In this case, you'll receive an exchange of the same item. In order to exchange damaged items please submit your request on the contact page within 24 hours of receiving damaged goods in order to receive a replacement.

The most beautiful things in nature are usually the most delicate. This is the same concept for my jewelry. Please wear & handle with Care & Love. I cannot accept back or replace any pieces that have been mishandled or broken. For half of the retail price I would be happy to fix it if it is indeed fixable. To ensure the longevity of your Soul Aligned Conscious Jewelry piece, please wear it with care & love.
