I hand make every piece with Love and inspect it before it ships out therefore, ALL Sales Are Final with the exception of any merchandise damaged during shipping. In this case, you'll receive an exchange of the same item. In order to exchange damaged items please contact priscilla@metta8.com within 24 hours of receiving damaged goods in order to receive a replacement.

Please wear & handle with Care & Love. I cannot accept back or replace any pieces that have been mishandled or broken. For half of the retail price I would be happy to fix it if it is indeed fixable. To ensure the longevity of your Metta8 Jewelry piece wear it with care & love.
